Karate for Ages 7-12:
This segment of the Core Program focuses on the fundamental principles of karate, introducing young students to the core techniques and stances.
Through engaging and age-appropriate activities, children learn the basics of karate, including punches, kicks, and blocks. The emphasis is on building a strong foundation of physical fitness, coordination, and flexibility. Jiu-Jitsu for Ages 7-12:
TheChristian Karate & Jiu-Jitsu Academy recognizes the importance of realistic self-defense skills for children in today’s world.
This component of the Core Program equips young students with practical self-defense techniques tailored to their age and abilities. The curriculum focuses on situational awareness, escape strategies, and basic self-defense maneuvers. Jiu-Jitsu isn’t just for adults. In fact, it’s the perfect activity for kids! When it comes to self defense, BJJ empowers a smaller individual to fight against a larger opponent. The goal is to empower students with the knowledge and confidence to protect themselves if necessary, emphasizing the importance of responsible use of martial arts skills.
